Returns and Exchanges
Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and/or size are normal and natural.
- Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for the return.
- Sale Items are non refundable and cannot be returned.
- To begin the return process, please email email@example.com the reason for return together with the original Order Number as proof of purchase. If an item is faulty, please provide full details.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Please do not send the item back to us unless we authorize you to do so via a return confirmation email. Kindly allow up to 7 for your return/refund to be processed.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may ship using any method of your choice. Please note return shipping is best sent via a traceable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery. We will not be responsible for tracking your return shipment, for any taxes incurred, or for missing incoming deliveries.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. We will send instructions on returns / exchanges via email.
- Depending on where you live and availability of stocks, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
- If you are approved, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund via store credit
- Unfortunately, due to the costs of handling, processing, shipping international orders, and payments, we cannot issue cash refunds for returns. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
- You may use the store credit for any purchase from our online store.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns and exchange policy.
